Job summary

ABL Employment is seeking a Machine Operator to set up and operate CNC and/or manual machines. You will read blueprints and work from technical drawings to ensure parts meet specifications with precision.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and the initiative to work independently on production targets. Training and hours vary, with potential shift transitions as needed.

Qualifications

Job Summary

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC and/or manual machines. You’ll interpret blueprints, follow technical specifications, and work independently to ensure production targets are met with accuracy and efficiency.

Training & Schedule

• – Training on day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• – After training, transition to night shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sunday-Thursday)
• – Training duration depends on performance and ability to master key tasks

Qualifications

• – Previous CNC or manual machine operation experience preferred
• – Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• – Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
