Job summary

ABL Employment is seeking an entry-level CNC operator in Surrey. No prior experience is required, with training provided on CNC Brake Press, CNC Punch, and related machining equipment.

You will load materials, read work orders, and follow shop instructions, ensuring parts meet quality standards. The position offers $20/hour, weekly pay, and four-hour shifts with a 3-day weekend each week.

Qualifications

• Interest in developing hands-on manufacturing and CNC skills.
• Entry-level or limited CNC experience an asset.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow with the role.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate CNC Brake Press, CNC Punch, or CNC machining equipment (training provided based on experience).
• Load materials and assist with basic machine setup.
• Read and follow work orders, drawings, and shop instructions.
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
