Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and other production equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and routing sheets.
• Maintain production rates while meeting quality standards.
• Inspect parts using measuring and inspection equipment.
• Verify product accuracy before shipment.
• Complete production, quality, SPC, and timesheet documentation.
• Report production issues or discrepancies to Lead Hands or Setters.
• Deburr parts as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all manufacturing and safety procedures.

This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience operating CNC milling and lathe equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be detail-oriented, quality-focused, and committed to achieving production targets while maintaining safety and accuracy.

• Pay Rate: $20 - $24/hour + $5 night premium

• Location: Markham, ON

• Shift : Night shift

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and other production equipment.

• Operate saw equipment and support production activities.

• Read and interpret blueprints and routing sheets.

• Maintain production rates while meeting quality standards.

• Inspect parts using measuring and inspection equipment.

• Verify product accuracy before shipment.

• Complete production, quality, SPC, and timesheet documentation.

• Report production issues or discrepancies to Lead Hands or Setters.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

• CNC training or machining education is considered an asset.

• Experience operating CNC machines, manual machines, or manufacturing equipment is considered an asset.

• 1-2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience is considered an asset.

• Must be available to work the Continental Night Shift.

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
