The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Store/Retail/Counter Manager in Vaughan to lead a team of Sales Associates and meet sales, customer service and operational targets. You will coach, develop and manage the store with accountability for business planning and customer relationships.

This role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and delivering exceptional guest experiences, while coordinating events and store operations in a fast-paced beauty retailer environment.

Formación

• Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Provide inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service.
• Experience in business planning incl. setting sales targets and staff scheduling.
• Retail operations experience incl. inventory, facilities management and cash reconciliation.
• Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Experience creating and executing in-store events.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software and Microsoft Office.

Candidates should have proven leadership, coaching and business management skills gained in a fast paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Proficient in Microsoft office
