Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies in Toronto is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a team of Sales Associates, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment. You will coach and develop staff, oversee inventory, cash reconciliation, and POS transactions, while maintaining store standards and achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
