Job summary

Reliance Impact is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to join our Mississauga team on leading ICI projects. You will manage mechanical and electrical scopes for institutional, commercial, and industrial buildings, delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, drawings, and procurement while coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and site staff to maintain project flow and timelines.

Qualifications

• Oversee M&E scopes of ICI projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, consultants, subcontractors, and procurement.
• Review drawings and specs to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, site staff, consultants and trades to maintain project flow and delivery timelines.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all mechanical and electrical work is completed in line with quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee M&E scopes across projects from pre-construction to closeout.

Requirements:

• Oversee the mechanical and electrical scopes of ICI building projects from pre-construction through to project closeout
• Manage project budgets, schedules, consultants, subcontractors, and procurement activities
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure project requirements are met
• Coordinate with internal teams, site staff, consultants, and trades to maintain project flow and delivery timelines
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and help drive solutions to keep projects on track
• Ensure all mechanical and electrical work is completed in line with quality, safety, and compliance standards

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role overseeing mechanical and electrical scopes on ICI construction projects
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems within commercial, institutional, or industrial projects
• Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, tendering, procurement, subcontractors, and consultants
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field is considered an asset
