Job summary

Maple Reinders is seeking an experienced Intermediate Project Manager for ICI construction in Mississauga, Ontario. You will lead complex Building projects, coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensure delivery within Maple Reinders’ proven processes.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and the opportunity to tackle larger, more challenging projects while mentoring junior team members and driving project success.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a general contractor
• University Degree/Technology Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors and other project stakeholders
• Effectively manage the project following Maple Reinders’ processes to deliver quality and consistency
• Mentor junior Project Managers and Coordinators to support career progression
• Define the project schedule with the team and ensure milestones are met and communication is maintained
• Run the project with a strong business sense and collaborate with Estimators, Superintendents, and site staff

Intermediate Project Manager (ICI Construction)

Maple Reinders Constructors is currently seeking an experienced ICI Project Manager to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario, with exposure to complex ICI projects and experience in markets such as Food and Beverage, Defense, and Recreation Centers considered an asset.

As a Project Manager you will have the opportunity to manage exciting Building projects working alongside other construction professionals who are passionate about the work they do. Leadership and accountability are the key to a successful project. Along with their team, our Project Managers define the schedule; working to ensure that goals are met and communication is maintained.

• Developing successful relationships with clients, consultants, architects, sub-contractors and other project stakeholders

Our Project Managers are responsible for ICI projects typically in the value of $5-$50M. You will have the overall responsibility for the success of the project supported by a strong team of Estimators, Superintendents, Project Coordinators and hourly employees. With your strong business sense, you will be empowered to run your project as your own small business with the support of management and other project teams.

To qualify for this position, the ideal candidate will have:

Salary Range: $120,000 - $145,000 / Year (depending on experience)
