Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking a motivated Design Consultant for the Greater Toronto / South West Ontario area. This full-time, commission-based role includes paid training and an uncapped commission structure.

You will visit pre-scheduled residential appointments to present window and door replacement options, helping homeowners make same-day decisions. Expect to travel up to 3 hours daily, lift light samples, and learn a proven sales process.

Qualifications

Have a valid Driver’s License (required).
Comfortable traveling up to 3 hours for appointments daily (required).
Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs of sample materials (required).
Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and present sales options.
Provide information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on window/door replacements.
This role is a strong sales closing position with no cold calling or project management.
