Omega boutique in Calgary, Alberta seeks a Luxury Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets while representing the Omega brand with professionalism.

You will manage daily store operations, assist with merchandising, and uphold boutique standards. Candidates should have 3+ years in retail with 2+ in luxury, strong knowledge of clientelling, and experience using POS systems; availability including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, with at least 2 years in a luxury retail environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a client-focused setting.
• Experience working with POS systems and boutique operations.
• Strong understanding of luxury clientele expectations and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales Generation: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients and resolving issues with a positive, professional attitude. Achieve and exceed sales targets through outstanding product knowledge and a passion for luxury timepieces.
• Operations: Support daily operations, including processing sales and returns, inventory management, and adhering to operational policies and procedures.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the boutique’s visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines. Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the boutique environment.
• Compliance: Uphold workplace safety standards.
