We are seeking a highly motivated luxury sales associate with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our clientele to join our dynamic team in our new Oakridge Park location.

Duties

• Engage with clients through personalized consultations to understand their luxury needs and preferences
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting new high-net-worth customers through outside sales efforts
• Conduct sales transactions with professionalism, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
• Utilize negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maximizing value for both the client and the company
• Support marketing initiatives by promoting new collections, events, and exclusive offers to clients
• Upsell complementary products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume
• Manage customer relationships post-sale to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up schedules using CRM tools
• Provide bilingual support to serve our diverse clientele effectively

Experience

• Proven experience in high-end retail sales or luxury goods industry is preferred
• Strong background in jewellery sales is an asset
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective negotiation and upselling techniques
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients
• Prior experience supporting customer service initiatives within a luxury or retail environment is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and basic computer skills
• Able to work flexible hours

Wage is $23-25/hour depending on performance and experience
