Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury brand or luxury service environment.
• Retail management experience relevant to store size and complexity.
• Ability to align with Burberry Store Management behaviours: Service Focused, Leading to Inspire, Commercially Aware, Developing Talent, Driving Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Establish a constant focus on Brand, driving engagement and knowledge across the team.
• Be on the shop floor, a brand ambassador and role model Burberry behaviours.
• Coach and provide feedback to deliver excellent customer experience and luxury execution.
• Maintain a luxury environment and Visual Merchandising guidelines across the store.
• Drive the use of digital assets to enhance the customer experience.
• Retain and develop talent; recruit, develop, mobility and succession planning.
• Establish a learning culture and connect the team to the Brand.
• Advocate product and ensure knowledge is shared across the team.
• Build long-term customer relationships and cultivate external environment awareness.
• Drive store performance and productivity and maintain commercial mindset.
