Burberry Vancouver is seeking a Store Manager to lead and inspire a luxury retail team, owning the employee and customer experience while driving commercial results. You will model Burberry behaviours on the shop floor, coach staff, and ensure visual standards are upheld to deliver an exceptional brand experience.

In this role you will develop talent, manage performance, and build long-term customer relationships through personalized service and knowledge of the product.

Qualifications

• Store management experience aligned with Burberry behaviours.
• Experience in a luxury brand or luxury service environment.
• Flexible to work as required to meet store needs and respect local legislation.

Responsabilités

• Lead the store floor and act as a brand ambassador.
• Drive customer experience and brand loyalty.
• Maintain luxury environment and ensure Visual Merchandising standards.
• Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing store team.
• Drive store performance and productivity through operational excellence.
• Ensure health and safety and compliance with corporate standards.
