Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Whistler is seeking a Full Time Steward to support dishwashing and kitchen cleanliness in our luxury, fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with the culinary team to uphold high standards of service and quality. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety and hygiene guidelines.

Valid Canada work authorization is required. We offer competitive hourly pay, staff housing, ski pass option, meals, and strong training to grow

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced luxury hotel kitchens preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards.
• Must have valid work authorization for Canada.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine.
• Maintain sanitation of all kitchen equipment and facilities.
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain the silver polishing program.
• Follow safe handling of cleaning supplies.
