Job summary

Coach Stores Canada Corporation in Vancouver seeks a Sales Support Associate to assist customers at the cash wrap and maintain a polished sales floor. You will welcome clients, process transactions, and help with stock and merchandising while upholding brand standards.

The role requires strong communication, retail experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Training and opportunities to grow within the luxury brand are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury retail service is a plus.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap.
• Suggest add-on products and capture customer information.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain housekeeping and Loss Prevention guidelines.
