Coach in Richmond, BC is seeking a Sales Support Associate III-2 to assist customers, manage POS transactions, and maintain an organized sales floor. You will welcome clients, suggest add-ons, and support stockroom and receiving duties in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Ideal candidates bring prior retail or cashier experience, strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining high service standards. Flexible scheduling may apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience, preferably luxury, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of cash handling, POS systems and stockroom operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain the cash wrap.
• Receive, process and organize shipments; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Support stock replenishment and visual merchandising updates.
• Respond to customer requests and collaborate with team as needed.
