Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience in a luxury retail setting. You will meet individual and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and omni-channel selling.

This role requires at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with strong English skills and comfort using POS systems and mobile devices. Flexible scheduling is required, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors helpful.
• Strong English proficiency and customer-service orientation.
• Experience operating POS and basic digital tools; comfortable with mobile POS.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, and day-to-day store operations.
