Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Canada to deliver an elevated shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations, including cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising, while maintaining exceptional service standards.

The role blends luxury retail service with omni-channel selling and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency in speaking and writing.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
