Job summary

CELINE in Canada seeks a Team Manager to oversee staff, merchandise, and client experience at our North York location. You will lead a boutique team, coach staff to meet sales goals, and maintain high standards in operations, visuals, and client service.

As a luxury retail leader, you will recruit, onboard, and develop associates, driving KPIs and ensuring a premium shopping experience for clients. This role requires strong leadership and a passion for luxury fashion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting with emphasis on operations, store management or office administration, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Computer literate; learn and use various software packages.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest degree of client service every day.
• Lead and empower sales team to provide high quality client service to achieve maximum sales results.
• Coordinate use of client relationship resources to provide personal assistance to clients.
• Manage floor supervision to improve sales results.
• Develop events/incentives to grow client base in the local market.
• Onboard new hires, train and develop team to provide exceptional client service.
