Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate for our Laval store. You will warmly welcome clients, provide personalized assistance, and help maintain a welcoming sales floor, ensuring a smooth flow from receipt to point of sale.

This role requires 1+ year in retail, knowledge of fashion trends, and strong English and customer service skills. You will operate the POS, assist with shipments, and support stockroom organization and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or cashier experience required.
• Knowledge of luxury retail trends and customer service standards.
• Familiarity with POS systems, tablets, and price release sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team/management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
