Coach is part of the Tapestry family, and this role supports the store’s success in a fast-paced luxury retail environment in Burnaby, BC. You will engage customers, assist with product selections, and help maintain an organized, inviting sales floor.

The position requires excellent communication and a client-focused approach, with attention to stock, merchandising, and POS operations. Flexibility for varying shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of previous retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS, manage cash wrap, and process transactions.
• Receive, organize shipments, restock, and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Support merchandising updates and visual displays.
• Deliver brand ambassador service and uphold loss prevention standards.
