Qualifications

• Knowledge of fashion trends and clienteling.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including peak times.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver excellent service.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and personalized recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
• Complete daily operations, maintain the floor, and assist with inventory.
