Coach Ottawa is seeking a Temporary Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience and help achieve store goals. You will engage clients with personalized styling, demonstrate product expertise, and drive sales using cross-selling and clienteling tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use, read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet personal and store sales goals.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations; use POS and clienteling tools.
• Support daily store operations, inventory processing, and visual merchandising.
