Job summary

Coach in Ottawa is seeking a Temporary Sales Support Associate to welcome clients, assist with purchases, and keep the sales floor organized. You will handle cash wrap duties, process shipments, and support stockroom operations while delivering brand-aligned service.

The role requires strong English, flexibility for a varied schedule, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Prior luxury retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or service desirable.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism at the cash wrap.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Assist with stock receipt, transfers, and stockroom duties.
• Promote add-on products and gift cards where appropriate.
• Maintain store housekeeping and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
