Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and fashion knowledge beneficial.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver elevated service.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and individualized recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Support daily store operations and inventory movement as needed.
