Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is recruiting a Concierge for our luxury residential community in Toronto. You will be the on-site face, delivering personalized service to residents, guests, and visitors while coordinating with the Leasing and Resident Experience Manager.

You will anticipate resident needs, manage access, bookings, events, and engage with local partners to build a welcoming community. Flexible availability is a must, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in luxury residential, hospitality, or guest services.
• Post-secondary education in hospitality management, business, or communications preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and trust with residents, guests, and colleagues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi or similar software is a plus.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, courteous, and personalized service to residents and guests.
• Manage resident inquiries and requests with timely follow-up.
• Assist with events and community engagement activities.
• Coordinate guest suite bookings and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Leasing/Resident Experience Manager to enhance resident experience.
