Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in leasing, real estate, property management, or customer-facing sales.
• Comfortable meeting prospective renters face-to-face and leading conversations independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Market and show available suites to prospective residents and process applications for approval.
• Train, mentor and support staff; collaborate with Marketing and Property Management to execute sales plans.
• Maintain advertising channels, update listings, and manage the resident database and leads.
