Mercedes-Benz Oakville is seeking a Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead the pre-owned vehicle department, drive profitability, and oversee purchasing, reconditioning, display and marketing.

You will prepare monthly and annual objectives for sales, gross turnover and expenses, follow up with buyers, manage marketing activities, handle commission sheets, and ensure warranty compliance and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive industry experience.
• 1–3 years of management experience in automotive.
• Valid OMVIC registration.
• Clear Driver’s Abstract.
• Strong business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Sell pre-owned vehicles and drive profitability of the department.
• Prepare monthly and annual objectives for sales, gross turnover and expenses.
• Follow up with buyers using a customer search and sales control system.
• Manage the marketing and advertising activities.
• Process commission sheets and maintain delivery standards.
• Plan and manage vehicle display and inventory rotation.
• Ensure warranty coverage and compliance with regulations.
