Responsibilities

• Attend weekly labor management meetings and ensure procedures are followed.
• Oversee payroll submissions and staff timekeeping deadlines.
• Forecast revenues and manage budgets for three hotel outlets.
• Develop and maintain food & beverage cost controls and vendor relations.
• Coordinate private events and reservations across outlets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
