Rosewood Hotel Georgia in Vancouver is seeking an exceptional Restaurant General Manager for Reflections to lead the overall guest experience, operations, and financial performance of a luxury restaurant. This senior role combines hands-on leadership with strategic oversight and full ownership of operational, financial, and people performance.

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience within luxury or lifestyle food and beverage operations.
• Proven experience managing teams, financial performance, and elevated guest experiences.
• Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing leadership and service team.
• Own talent development, succession planning, and internal promotion pathways.
• Own performance against guest satisfaction metrics and brand standards.
• Drive profitability through labor, menu performance, purchasing discipline, and inventory control.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to meet Rosewood service and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Sales & Marketing, and other hotel departments.
