The role requires three years in concierge service, Les Clefs d’Or membership or active pursuit, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple guest requests and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a Concierge or similar.
• Les Clefs d’Or membership or actively working towards membership.
• English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of local restaurants, museums and attractions.
• Ability to handle guest requests and emergencies calmly.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to guest inquiries and coordinate requests for special arrangements.
• Inform guests of hotel services, features and room amenities.
• Attend to VIPs upon arrival and during their stay.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, services, hours and offerings.
• Coordinate guest requests with vendors for rooms, transportation, and activities.
• Document guest requests and follow up with departments to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in cash handling and reconcile invoices related to guest services.
• Escort VIPs to their rooms and brief guests on services and amenities.
• Monitor logbooks, prepare reports and communicate incidents to management.
