Job summary

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Toronto is seeking a Manager, Design & Technical Services, Americas – Luxury, to lead macro-level project tracking, reporting, and cross-functional coordination across the luxury development and renovation portfolio.

You will partner with the VP, liaise with Brand, Legal, HR, Finance and Marketing, and craft high-quality presentations and strategic briefs while ensuring timely updates, budgets, and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with multi-workstream management and deadline focus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with actionable insights.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Skilled in crafting brand-aligned presentations and visual storytelling.
• Comfortable navigating finance and project budget documentation (P&Ls, capital planning).
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and interpersonal judgment.
• Adept at working independently as well as collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead macro-level project tracking tools for the Americas Luxury team.
• Oversee timely updates on project status, pipeline activity, and milestones.
• Compile, manage, and present internal reporting on hotel openings, team workload, and KPIs.
• Fees tracking & P&L monitoring.
• Coordinate the flow of information between DT S and corporate departments (Brand, Legal, HR, Finance, Marketing).
• Support preparation and delivery of strategic planning briefs and reporting packages.
• Draft and coordinate Design Briefs and PIPs with internal teams and consultants.
• Prepare presentations and project documentation aligned with brand standards.
