Job summary

Fitzrovia in Toronto is seeking a Team Lead, Maintenance to drive day-to-day maintenance across luxury apartments. This senior, hands-on role requires technical expertise, team leadership, and a practical, solutions-oriented approach to keep building systems operating safely and in compliance.

You will manage operations with the maintenance team, coordinate vendors, oversee preventive maintenance with the Capital Projects team, and ensure service levels meet Fitzrovia’s hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential building maintenance or facilities operations.
• Ability to lead by example and work hands-on with a maintenance team.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and general construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the maintenance team in daily work orders and preventive maintenance, hands-on as required.
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor work orders to meet safety and codes.
