Toronto-based design studio seeks an Intermediate Interior Designer specializing in FF&E to lead multiple projects end-to-end. Collaboration with senior designers and project leads is essential to deliver high-quality FF&E solutions for luxury hospitality and bespoke spaces.

Requires 5+ years in interior design with FF&E focus; strong CAD/3D software skills; office-based role in Toronto with daily collaboration and a competitive salary in the 65k–80k CAD range plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of design experience with FF&E specialization.
• Experience on 5-star luxury hospitality projects is a strong asset.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication; detail oriented.
• Ability to manage budgets and coordinate with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leads to manage multiple projects from concept to completion across FF&E stages.
• Conceptualize furniture, millwork, and lighting aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with designers to develop custom FF&E pieces.
• Create and refine furniture layouts for functionality and flow.
• Write FF&E specifications using industry software.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement; review submittals for design intent.
