Job summary

MWD Creative Agency is seeking a Senior Creative Producer in Toronto to drive innovative event strategies for high-end clients. You will orchestrate complex logistics, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver unforgettable brand experiences.

Reporting to the Owner & Creative Director, you will craft proposals, present to affluent clients, and ensure every detail aligns with the luxury brand narrative. This is a hands-on leadership role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in design, event planning, or related field.
• 6+ years of event design and production experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven track record leading major brand activations within budget.
• Extensive knowledge of Toronto events vendor market.
• Proficiency with Keynote, Excel, and project management tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel; flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and innovate original ideas that position MWD Creative as an industry leader.
• Lead creative pitches and collaborate on new business tenders while championing sustainable concepts.
• Master brand storytelling through presentations, mood boards, and event design narratives for luxury clientele.
• Orchestrate flawless execution by managing logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Source and negotiate with venues, caterers, AV specialists, and local suppliers in Toronto.
• Represent MWD Creative with excellence while coordinating production teams under tight deadlines.
