Job summary

Cove Properties Calgary is expanding its sales team with a passionate and energetic individual who will provide our homebuyers with a high level of sales and customer service in furnished show suites or custom-built sales centers.

From there you would be involved in all aspects of the sales process to design selections and possession, greeting and engaging prospective buyers and guiding them through the journey.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and follow through.
• Knowledge of current industry mortgage rates and real estate contracts.
• Experience in building construction is an asset.
• General computer systems knowledge; Hubspot CRM is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.
• Weekend work will be required.

Cove Properties is one of Calgary’s leading builders for Luxury Condominium Homebuyers. Building both concrete and wood-framed projects, from downtown high rises to suburban low-rise, Cove has completed thousands of suites for discerning homebuyers over the last 30+ years.

Cove Properties is looking to expand our sales team with a passionate and energetic individual who will provide our homebuyers with a high level of sales and customer service.

This individual would be responsible for greeting and engaging prospective buyers in our furnished show suites or custom-built sales centers.

From there you would be involved in all aspects of the sales process to design selections and possession.

Our ideal candidate would have the following attributes:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and follow through
• Knowledge of Current Industry Mortgage Rates and Real Estate Contracts
• Experience in building construction is an asset
• General computer systems knowledge (Knowledge of Hubspot CRM would be an asset)
• Minimum 1 Year of Relevant Sales Experience
• Weekend work will be required
