Job summary

Brookfield Properties in Calgary seeks a Customer Guide to enhance the homebuyer journey. You will support the Community Manager, update MLS listings, answer customer questions, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Design to ensure a seamless experience.

You will build relationships with prospective and current homeowners, run reports, and contribute to improving sales strategies while maintaining high customer happiness. This is a full-time, on-site role in Calgary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Proven track record in customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the community lead in processing agreements, maintaining MLS listings, and responding to customer inquiries.
• Be knowledgeable about Brookfield’s products to guide customers in their decisions.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of paperwork and follow-up tasks.
• Represent customer interests in team meetings and capture key journey details.
• Run sales reports and collect customer feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Design, Construction, and Customer Care teams.
• Help new homeowners settle in and understand community services.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity.
