Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Team Lead to partner with Store Manager and CAM, coaching the team, growing client relationships, and driving sales while maintaining exceptional client experience. You will model brand standards, lead by example, and support daily operations with a focus on premium service and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive retail experience (luxury retail experience is preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver outstanding client experiences and exceed sales targets.
• Build long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and maintain a personal client book.
• Inspire and coach the team through morning briefings, trainings and ongoing coaching.
• Collaborate with Store Management to ensure operational standards support a premium client experience.
• Develop action plans to drive business and maximize product performance through client data and feedback.
• Represent Moncler brand values and foster teamwork and ethics across the store.
