Moncler Canada is seeking a Part-Time Sales Support Advisor to partner with the store team in Toronto. You will support Client Advisors, assist with merchandise flow, and help deliver an elevated client experience across FOH and BOH.

The role requires a minimum of two years in retail, preferably luxury, strong English communication, and flexibility including weekends. You will maintain stockroom organization, assist with replenishment, and uphold Moncler standards; commission is included.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Relevant hospitality or client-facing experience may be considered in lieu of retail experience.

Responsabilités

• Welcome clients and contribute to an elevated Moncler experience.
• Support Client Advisors and store team throughout the client journey.
• Retrieve and deliver merchandise from BOH to sales floor quickly and accurately.
• Support product availability and replenishment for efficient service.
• Handle product care requests and coordinate follow-up per store procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of Moncler brand, products, and store policies.
