Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Vancouver is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to support the Boutique Director in daily sales leadership and client experience. You will drive sales, develop the team, and ensure flawless service in a luxury retail environment.

The role requires hands-on store management, staff coaching, and coordination of merchandising, promotions, and clienteling initiatives. Relocation support within Canada may be offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience required, preferably with at least 1 year of management, in a luxury product setting.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and customer service; coach and manage sales staff.
• Open/close boutique and oversee daily operations.
• Develop clientele and manage in-store displays and promotions.
• Oversee inventories, pricing, and stock transfers.
• Conduct regular store meetings and trainings.
