Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Vancouver is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to support the Boutique Director in day‑to‑day sales leadership and to ensure the highest level of customer service in line with the brand.

You will maximize sales, coach and manage the team, handle inventory and visual merchandising, open/close the boutique, and ensure policies are followed. The role requires availability for varied hours, including weekends and holidays, with relocation support if needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience, preferably with at least 1 year of management in a luxury setting.
• Strong sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Proven ability to train, coach and develop sales staff.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and measure performance and conversions daily.
• Provide outstanding service to customers and build client relationships.
• Coach, staff, schedule, and manage Sales Associates.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and store displays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.
• Lead regular store meetings and communicate information to staff.
