Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Vancouver seeks an Operations Supervisor to manage the daily non-selling functions of the boutique, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, loss prevention, POS, and facilities upkeep. You will lead a team, train staff, and ensure procedures are followed while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include payroll coordination, scheduling, reports, security, and ensuring a safe, well-organized back-of-house.

Qualifications

At least 3+ years of retail stock associate experience with an operations background.
Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
Availability to travel, as needed.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day non-selling functions of the Boutique, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, loss prevention, POS, and facilities maintenance.
Train, coach, and lead associates in operations tasks and security procedures.
Monitor receiving accuracy, ticketing, and inventory reports; ensure stock area and back-of-house are organized.
Oversee payroll management and staff scheduling; ensure adherence to payroll budgets.
Provide outstanding service to customers and address service, efficiency, and productivity issues.
