Holt Renfrew in Calgary is seeking a Beauty Advisor to build lasting relationships with customers and drive sales in a luxury, fashion-driven environment. You will share product knowledge and develop a loyal client base while working with store teams and management.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma.
• Experience exceeding sales targets in a luxury or premium retail setting.
• Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers.
• Exceed all sales and service personal goals and targets.
• Exceed all sales and service brand goals and targets.
• Build a loyal personal client base by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
• Share expert level of product knowledge with the store team.
• Maintain solid relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling managers.
• Drive brand sales by identifying marketing opportunities and events.
• Attend educational sessions including product knowledge and brand seminars.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising and price changes.
• Communicate with personal clients about events and merchandise requests.
• Resolve customer service issues with management support.
• Perform other duties as assigned and ensure privacy and cyber security compliance.
