Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
• Highly collaborative, team-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking.

• Minimum 2+ years in a commission-based sales environment.
• Luxury retail experience preferred.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep customer relationships to increase sales, service, and loyalty.
• Achieve sales targets for assigned brand and store goals.
• Build a loyal client base by acquiring and retaining customers.
• Share product knowledge with store team and vendors.
• Assist with merchandising, events, and promotional activities.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and mail about events and requests.
• Maintain health and safety policies and store guidelines.
