Holt Renfrew is seeking a Beauty Advisor to develop deep customer relationships and grow sales within our luxury retail environment. Compensation is commission-based, tied to sales volume, with opportunities to build a personal client base and provide expert product knowledge to the team.

The role requires delivering exceptional service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining brand standards. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is expected in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in commission-based sales environments.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Luxury retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers.
• Exceed all sales and service personal goals and targets.
• Exceed all sales and service brand goals and targets.
• Build a loyal client base by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
• Share expert level product knowledge with store team.
• Maintain relationships with buyer, vendor, and selling manager.
• Drive brand sales by identifying marketing opportunities and events.
• Attend all educational sessions offered by the brand and vendors.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related tasks.
• Communicate with personal clients about events, requests, and follow-up.
• Resolve customer service issues and partner with management on policy adherence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with privacy policies and cybersecurity measures.
