Job summary

Coach is seeking a part-time Temporary Sales Support Associate in Winnipeg, MB. The role focuses on greeting customers, assisting with purchases, handling the POS, and keeping the sales floor organized and stocked. You will also support merchandising and stock transfers while maintaining brand standards.

The position requires retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, and strong English communication. Flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiar with cash registers, basic computer skills, iPad and POS use.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media according to policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and keep stockroom clean.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and collaborate with team/management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
