Job summary

Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge in Alberta is seeking a professional bartender to join our luxury Food & Beverage team in a evolving resort environment. You will assist guests and servers with beverage menus, upsell items, manage stock, mix drinks, and uphold the Fairmont brand standards in all interactions.

• Minimum 1 year bartending experience in high-volume full-service bar within the last 5 years.

• Assist guests and servers regarding all beverage menu items.

• Control the beverage stock as per guidelines and perform daily inventory reporting and other administrative tasks as required.
• Mix drinks and present to guests and/or server in a timely manner.

Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is in the midst of a multi-phase resort transformation, including all new venues, refreshed spaces, and evolving service models. Restaurant, Bar & Guest Services teams will be working in newly renovated spaces, with updated layouts, technology, and guest flow. This role is best suited for individuals who are comfortable with change, open to learning new service standards, and energized by being part of a luxury environment that is actively evolving.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 1 year bartending experience required inhigh-volume full-servicebar within the last 5 years

Visa Requirements:Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable toassistcandidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
