Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years Retail or Trade experience an asset.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Customer Satisfaction by greeting, engaging, and thanking customers.
• Escort customers to appropriate merchandise and assess needs with open-ended questions.
• Promote services such as Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, Pro Services.
• Assist with stock maintenance and keep products signed, displayed, and clean.
