Qualifications

• Must be legally able to work in Canada.
• No prior automotive experience required; training provided.
• Valid Ontario G license is preferred.
• Full-time availability for a shop schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and safely.
• Check and top up vehicle fluids as needed.
• Rotate tires and assist with tire changes.
• Inspect basic systems and communicate maintenance needs.
• Keep bay and tools organized and safe for the team.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Lube Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers safely on the road while helping our Service Department keep things moving.

Your day could include:

• Performing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping up vehicle fluids
• Completing tire rotations, installations and seasonal tire changes
• Checking tire pressure, tread depth and overall tire condition
• Assisting with tire balancing and basic tire repairs
• Inspecting filters, lights, wipers and other basic maintenance items
• Completing basic vehicle inspections
• Identifying potential maintenance concerns and communicating them to the Service team
• Moving and organizing customer vehicles
• Assisting Licensed Technicians when needed
• Keeping your bay, tools and shop clean, organized and safe
• Jumping in wherever needed to keep the Service Department running smoothly

• Is dependable and ready to work
• Can keep up in a busy, fast-paced shop
• Takes pride in doing things properly
• Pays attention to the little details
• Is eager to learn and take on more responsibility
• Works well as part of a team
• Has a valid Ontario G driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract

Previous automotive, tire or quick-lube experience is an asset, but motivation, reliability and willingness to learn are just as important to us.
