Job summary

Northern Roads Auto Group in the Niagara Region is growing and we’re looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our Sales Team as Sales Consultants. If you bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide everything else.

You’ll train on our vehicle line, receive professional sales coaching, and work with a supportive team to help customers find the right vehicle, demonstrate features, and complete a seamless ownership experience.

Qualifications

• OMVIC certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented.
• Valid G driver’s license and a clean abstract.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs.
• Build relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Learn and follow proven sales processes.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Work collaboratively with sales managers and finance teams.
• Follow up with customers to ensure a great ownership experience.
