• Strong clinical judgement and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per policy, orders, and care plans within LPN scope
• Deliver high-quality nursing and personal care
• Create welcoming environment through teamwork and communication
• Oversee resident care and communicate with families
• Supervise PSWs/unregulated staff on unit
• Admission/readmission and ongoing resident assessment
